Celebrate Recovery
Celebrate Recovery is a Christ-centered, Bible-based program we use to help people recover from the hurts, bad habits, and destructive behavior they develop as they go through life. A high percentage of men that are incarcerated have substance abuse issues. It is designed for those that have a sincere desire to change to have a path to go forward. I facilitate Celebrate Recovery classes in one of the prisons as well as at the county jail.
Regeneration
Jenelle and I are privileged to lead the Regeneration group at our church, which is open to anyone in the community to attend. "Never Be the Same" is the tag line, and that's what we are trying to bring about in the participants lives as they work through the 12 discipleship steps, improving their walk with God and their relationships with others. This year long class disciples believers in following God with all of their heart, soul, mind, and strength, learning to forgive others, make amends for their own sin, and reconcile broken relationships. The main thing that has stood out is that this class is good for all believers, no matter how long they have been a Christian or how strong their walk with God is. We all have areas in out lives where there is room for improvement.
